THe problem is tht 186-178 Im not sure if that is true or not.. Im not sure if the first scale was wrong...if the scale was right, then I definitely have nothing to worry about.. thanks for the encouragement!

thanks I appreciate that.. yeah I have had a lot of chicken, and turkey, not so much fish, and trying to eat a lot of veggies. I take Shakeology, and I just order the 2 day fast , and I am taking the slimming formula, I have 5 servings of proteins I just have been flopping after dinner and sometimes snacking.

Yes I took pictures a few days into it, they aren't great because I took them myself, then I took pictures at Day 30, small changes. I have 5'7 1/2 I am trying to eat around 1500 calories.. I might have to cut the low carb to get those in. I started with Lean, and then I moved to Classic in the second phase

I have been eating that or more.. its just hard because Im trying to eat alot but keep the carbs down.. I need help with the food portion.

My eating has been ok, it definitely is better than it use to be but I some time slip up after dinner. I have been trying to get 1500 calories in, but its hard because I am also trying to keep carbs down. My clothes are looser and my bras definitely fit different. I have have lost a few inches and gained some on my arms…
