Hi all, I am 46, married with 3 kids. Been on MFP for a while since April 2015 i have lost 14.2kg and need to lose 10more. I run and walk 5km every other day (hoping to make it into only running in July) when i can i.e no pain in legs etc (haven't for 2weeks) and do video exercises and dance at home (time permitting).…

Well glad so say I am back on track was able to complete 3 fasts this week and have been incorporating simple body exercises. Did lose 1.8kg but that was part of what I gained so still not there yet hopefully will make it soon. Hope everyone is having a good week

Last week didn't go as planned. Back on track this week. Fasted yesterday and fasting again today and it is going great. I think I've finally got my mojo back
