That would be because mentally 20 pounds on a squat is a bit sad...for me anyway. Also being an accountant, accuracy matters to me, numbers being my thing and all.:bigsmile:

I usually workout after working all day, so I've already done the numbers/concentrating thing before I hit the gym. Then I can use any leftover energy to tackle the stuff at home, like laundry;cooking; etc, that doesn't take as much focus.

Down by the rivah here in VA, we have filled all the gas tanks, moved all the outdoor furniture etc inside the garage or barn and have stocked up on food & supplies. I looked and looked in the exercise library for "storm preparations", but amazingly, it wasn't there...guess I should wear a HRM to see how many calories…

A lot of what you are describing sounds like Fibromyalgia. My sister has this and the symptoms seem to be similar. You would need the see a rheumatoid specialist and they would have some tests to do to diagnose.
