Leg Press/Hack Squat machine question

I have a Body Solid leg press/hack squat machine and am trying to determine the weight of just the squat plate without extra weights added. I want an accurate number for what I am lifting and this the base starting point. Does anyone know the answer? This is a link to what I have. Thanks!

Why does it matter? Just use the empty sled as 0 weight for your baseline.0

That would be because mentally 20 pounds on a squat is a bit sad...for me anyway. Also being an accountant, accuracy matters to me, numbers being my thing and all.:bigsmile:0

I understand what you mean, but honestly the amount of weight you have on there is meaningless. What matters is that you're hitting it hard in the proper rep ranges and that you're getting stronger from week to week. Don't focus on a number, focus on progress.0
