  • Im really confused :huh: My daily intake had been calculated for me. Cals =1.200 Carbs =165 Fat =40 Protein =45 Im not sure that the carbs can be right? What do you make of this?

  • My protein intake was made up of 100g tinned tuna = 24 1 egg poached = 6 Chicken breast = 33 white rice = 4 1 slice bread = 2 macoroni = 9 lettace = 1 So I guess if you dont like meat or eggs then fish seems to be an option thats worth looking at.

  • I stumbled on this site by accident. I was looking for an online calorie counter. Im 37 and clinically obese. (sounds awful) Ive been meaning to do some thing about it for ages but I dont seem to have the self conrol and persiverence.
