making progress
I was really disheartened at my last weigh in as I had worked so hard and had'nt lost a single pound!! But this week I weighed in and to my delight I had lost 3lb :happy: yippeee!! and I hadnt been trying as hard as I did the week before. So thats 6lb in total. :wink:

Hi Everyone I joined yesterday and done my 1st food diary. I didnt use all my allowed calories but went way over on the amount of protein, by 35. Can anyone give me any infomation on protein and how it affects the diet/body. :smile: :smile: Thank you x
