I was really disheartened at my last weigh in as I had worked so hard and had'nt lost a single pound!! But this week I weighed in and to my delight I had lost 3lb :happy: yippeee!! and I hadnt been trying as hard as I did the week before. So thats 6lb in total. :wink:

Congratulation !! Im so glad i read your post as today was my 1st weigh in and I was expecting to have lost at least a few ponds but I hadnt.
