No clue... I do not track anything.... My goal is zero carbs. I eat meat to satisfaction... Throw in some healthy fat and call it a day. Since starting this WOE I have cost 1/3 lb per day for 3 weeks straight.

Premier Shakes from Costco. 30 grams of protein, low sugar... I agree with others in that I prefer "real" food. But once in a while these are handy to have on hand. $24. For 18 shakes.

It is really hard to wrap your mind around this ... But your body will love it. I have been doing LCHF for 12 weeks and last night I found myself peeling the chicken skin off the thighs. Eat all the fats.

Carbs... But keep an eye on calories... If you eat too many and go over you will stall or even gain. The great thing about LCHF is killing hunger.

OP what are you eating for breakfast? SAD? All carbs? Try adding both protein and fat to your breakfast for a more filling breakfast.

I started looking at LC mid Jan 2015. I got serious and went Keto Feb 1. Since Jan 16 I have lost 31 lbs. 10% of my total weight.

Net carbs or total carbs is purely personal preference. For me 30 net 20 takes me out of Ketosis but total 20... Keeps me in ketosis. So the fiber does have a carb effect... Remember YMMV

In the USA the carbs listed on packages are total carbs. Fiber which is a carb is listed seperately. Net carbs are total carbs minus fiber. In other countries carbs listed are net carbs not total.

I found that taking both prevents middle of the night leg cramps. Yes the subject is confusing. Try adding table salt to your diet.

Yes you do. But here in lies the rub. MFPs burn ratio is way too high for most things. So only eat back 50 percent of what MFP says you have burned.

Most people who have organ transplants are on Pred for a long time. My SO just had a transplant. But we were fortunate her doner was a good match. So she was on it for just a few days. I wonder if a transplant support group might be a better place to ask this qeuestion?
