I like my JM dvd's and like the above poster, I like not having to go to the gym. I like exercising in the privacy of my home.

  • Levels 1, 2 and 3 should be found on you tube. Each level is a different workout that is 27 min each. Each level works different muscle groups and is hard at first, but gets better the more you do it. Each level is done for 10 days each before moving on to the next. If you are a level 3, then, I would do level 3.
  • Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred uses weights and a mat if you work out on a flat surface. I am currently doing JM 6week 6pack which uses one weight. Most of her dvd's uses weights.

  • I did yoga meltdown a couple of times and it is an intense workout. It is 35 min with yoga moves only intensified and lots of planks. I liked the workout, but phew!

  • I love Leslie Sansone's walk off the pounds dvd's. She is motivating, pleasant and encouraging. Her walk dvd's have light aerobics like side steps, back kicks, arm raises and kicks. You can find her videos on you tube for free or her dvd's on amazon.

  • Thanks for your honesty. I too am a visual person and I'd love to have those abs. One thing that keeps me going in JM's dvd's is seeing her abs and that of the girls she uses to do the moves. In 6w6p during the 2nd circuit, Jillian speeds things up and says that she wants to see the bad *kitten* in us come out.:laugh:
