Sorry about your loss. I lost my brother last month from cancer and my sister before that from breast cancer. I know it's difficult and I, like you, was eating way more than I needed to. Stuffing those feelings down. But, we are strong and we can do it!:flowerforyou:

Go to 'My Home" at the top of the page. Then below that click on 'My Profile'. There should be a ticker bar that gives you an option to click on below the ticker bar to update it with your pounds to lose. Or you can go to 'Help' and it should tell you how to do it. Good luck!

It appears you're not eating breakfast nor spreading your food out through the day. Maybe if you eat a good breakfast and follow it up with a snack a couple hours later and then spread your food throughout the rest of the day while saving 100 calories or so for an evening snack you wouldn't be so hungry in the evenings.…

How about oatmeal, black beans, turkey chili, salad with chicken, homemade soup, fruit, peanut on whole wheat bread, lean turkey on Orrowheat Sandwich thins with low fat cheese, lettuce, tomato, and avocado.
