I started Ripped in 30 yesterday, after completing 30 DS. I liked it, I could do almost everything on week 1, except push ups are still my weakness. Add me as a friend if you want.

I've done both, and had more success with 30 DS.

I have the Fitbit Zip, I like it. I really like how it tracks my steps and setting goals. It really showed me how sedentary I was/am. It is a great motivational tool for me. I looked at the Bodymediafit, but didnt' want to pay a subscription fee.

I like Level 3 better too, this morning my back is a little sore, I think from the Supermans, but other than that, I am okay. I modified the planks too.

I am 39 and started school almost 2 years ago. I attend online through our state college system. I only take one or two classes at a time, so it is a slow go to my degree. I feel that by earning my degree later in life, I have more experience and it has helped me write papers, and provide interesting discussion topics.…

I'm on Day 7, level 2, but my shins are killing me. The moves are getting easier, just have trouble with the plank/push ups. I only did a little yoga today because my shins hurt so bad. I've never had shin splints, not sure if that is it or not.

I'm on Level 2, Day 6 tonight. I really like this workout, but it kicks your buttocks! I would kill for an oreo, or ho-ho's (sniff, sniff)

I'm on Day 3 of Level 2 and my arms hurt!! Cardio wise I am okay, but I have trouble with the upper body parts.

I'm on day 2 of level 2, and wow, what a struggle!!

I am on Day 6 of Level 1, I have noticed that I can do all the cardio moves now, which I could not on Day 1. Still have trouble with some of the strength moves and the last ab exercise is not my friend! I have lost 2 inches in my waist so far. I do the program at night and record it as circuit training.

I finished Day 3 of Level 1 last night. I am doing better, can do all the jumping jacks, but still have trouble with the abs.
