Ouch, Level 3 of 30 Day Shred really was tough! The cardio was okay, but the abs really were difficult for me. Hope Day 2 gets better!

  • I just started Level 3 today too! I had to do alot of the moves modified though. I still liked it ALOT better then level 2! The only thing I wonder about is the last set of abs. It didn't burn that much so I hope I was doing it right!

    I like Level 3 better too, this morning my back is a little sore, I think from the Supermans, but other than that, I am okay. I modified the planks too.
