Hi Everyone! I did week 1 day 1 last night too! Tried it up a hill and almost killed myself so im sticking to FLAT! But i loved it and im feeling motivated, slightly sore nothing too bad! 3 weeks ago i was very sick and could barely walk a few yards, so im so proud to have made day 1 even :D Yay to the C25k!

I think it differs for each person! Low calorie diets dont work for me, low carb high protein however does! Its finding what is right for you really, and i am cautious of carbs as i know my body 1) Gets sluggish 2) Stores them. Not everything is a closed book.

Im also terrified of carbs, its really screwed up my head! I was on Atkins and i had it drummed into me how bad they are, so any carbs i feel so guilty about these days!

1. I'm Hailee 2. Im about to embark on Week 1 day 1 this evening 3. I have no goal, only to reach the end 4. Ive tried running and cant do it, i enjoy it, but cant go very far so its a challenge for me! I want to say ive run 5k! Im trying to lose weight and i hope it kick starts my metabolism as i have thyroid issues!

mmmh a path would be better! Would it count running up one road and back down and up etc? Its still runing isnt it! I have one road at the back of my house flat you see!

Thanks good advice! I was doing it over the winter but didnt have a proper regime i was just going out running and walking what i could! So this is going to be excellent!

Hahaha i cant run for a minute either! Ive tried walk then jogging! But really dont run for long! I fancy doing it as it will be a huge achievement for me not for a race, and it really appeals to me so ill stick to it i hope!

Yep im loving fruits and vegetables and meat! All fairly plain! No bloating! No millions of carbs! Carbs for me is straight to my stomach! Im quite fancing the couch to 5k...

What is spot reduction? Ooh and NSV ive seen this on the forum i wasnt sure! Yeah what i mean is, toning and building muscle, what excercises are the best? Ofcourse losing weight will reduce it!

Mine too! It's horrid! I could barely swallow! But no they haven't mentioned surgery! I think T3 is called Cytomel in some places!

I know dear! Im in Cyprus and theres only like 5 doctors! Ive seen 2 and they shrug me off! My T3 is very low but TSH normal so they refuse that my thyroid isnt working! Ive been taking T3 hormone and already my thryoid has shrunk back down so its working!

I did 7months of dieting and excercising 4 times a week and lost not 1lb! But i cant get it trreated yet theres no cure until its eats my thyroid i guess and it no longer works! Its super hard! Im so worried!

Hi I started the Atkins type diet yesterday, i did it at the beginning of last year and i lost almost a stone. Hi I also did Level 1 of 30 day shred its bloody hard, i think a little too much with my back problem but i felt it work all my muscles and just 20 minutes was a killer!
