Hi Everyone, Im on Day 2 of the 30 day Shred ive tried it before but got injured, anyhow I have really chronic cramps and pain in my feet doing the jumping jacks and skipping rope! Yay well im on week 3 and im totally addicted to it! I get a bit :sad: when its a rest day and i cant run! In just 3 weeks my body has changed so much! Ive lost the flab i had around my knee, my arms are developing muscle, my legs are looking skinnier! Im soooo determined to finish it! Anyone else?

Starving the day after excercise
Hi All, Does anyone get really hungry the day AFTER excercise? Im doing the C25k and just really really needing more! What do i do, im almost eating my exercise calories on the day of excercise but i dont do C25k until the evenings.... Any advice?

Need help peeps! I have thyoid issuesand my resting heart beat is between 70-90 but now in doing C25k I'm getting on my new HRM upto 200?! What do I do carry on?! Im confused!!!

Hi Im really suffering from my old trainers, i got a blister then i changed my trainers and got another one! What should i do wait until its totally dried up? Or use the blister plasters and work through the pain?!

Alcohol! I love it....but what to drink?
Hi Since i quit smoking my sin is alcohol! I only drink at weekends, but what is the best to drink? I usually drink wine - but open to suggestions! I suppose alcohol is pretty bad for the diet, so many different reports!
