I just finished week 2 this morning!!!! BUT I think I am going to do one more run on week 2 on Friday and then start Week 3 on Monday morning. I just want to make sure I have week 2 under my belt securely. I had to talk myself through the last run portion today. I did notice last night while shaving my legs that my calves seemed to be leaner, so that's definitely a plus, but my weight is up a little which I am NOT happy about. I really have to watch my cals or I am going to really mess myself up.0

I'm in week 4. The jump from 3 minute runs last week to the 5 minute stretches this week has been tough, but I love it.
I was 2 weeks from my first 1/2 marathon last fall when I started experiencing severe knee pain about 5 miles into my runs. I decided to quit "cold turkey" and give my knee a year off. I no longer plan to do any long distances, but I am thrilled to get back into running. I love the endorphin rush and I need to drop the 20 pounds I gained during my year off.0
