i just got the book today and was thinking of starting the super shred and then if it worked well do the regular shred for six weeks. I'd love to have people to start with!!!

Rachel totally lost too much weight. How many people are at a healthy weight at 105 pounds. Way to thin, from one extreme to another!

when on a bike you have to move your armband down closer to your elbow and have the logo on the side of your arm instead of the back of your arm. I noticed this problem and upon researching it on the website this was their recomendation and it made a difference.

I did the 30 day squat challenge and 30 day ab challenge at the same time. I added arms with my squats to get an arm workout too. I definitely noticed more muscle tone and strength all over. Give it a go, it takes dedication though it gets tough but totally do able :) feel free to add me as a friend if you want.

did day 1 of week 2 today. OH my was I sweating. Late start, yesterday I had to work midnight to noon, came home at noon and slept till 6pm and didn't feel like doing crap after that, but got up today and got right back at it. :). Hope it's going well for everyone else

I don't want easier, I like the challenge. But I'll probably do 30 day shred when I'm done with this one, to mix it up, I get bored doing same stuff over and over.

me too I've started it before and never got passed the beginning of week three. I like it, no matter how good of shape you think your in she'll show you different. :) Maybe we can encourage each other to day 30, I really want to get it done this time!!

it most likely has to do with being closer to your heart to get a better reading. I work in the medical field and depending of what were are doing there can be a preference to which arm we use because of its relation to the heart. Just a thought. I love my body media, I started taking it off at night though for some reason…

sometimes a bad eating day can be good, it will throw you body off, over time your body adapts to what you do all the time so you have to throw a change in there every now and then. I'm not talking all the time but here and there isn't gonna ruin all of your hard work. Just get back at it the next day and don't let it…

I do shift work and it can be a challenge. When I worked overnights I usesd to not eat anything all night long until it was breakfast time.

I want to do it and my boys do too. I'm just afraid they'll crap out half way through :) I'm thinking about it. You know they have tickets on either groupon or living social, one of those.

I missed yesterday day 1 so that was today. I'll go on Saturday to play catch up I don't know if anyone has done JM ripped in 30, I think it was harder. Maybe after this month we can move to that one :). Good job everyone!
