I also just started Ripped in 30 on the 13th. How did you find the first week? I have done this before but have yet to make it through the full 4 weeks, but I am bound and determined that this time I will! From what I understand this is her toughest at-home DVD yet, so hopefully we both see amazing results!

me too I've started it before and never got passed the beginning of week three. I like it, no matter how good of shape you think your in she'll show you different. :) Maybe we can encourage each other to day 30, I really want to get it done this time!!

I have ripped in 30 but I've only done it once or twice...seems like a pretty good workout though. 30 Day shred is a little bit easier in my opinion.

I don't want easier, I like the challenge. But I'll probably do 30 day shred when I'm done with this one, to mix it up, I get bored doing same stuff over and over.

There is a group going now for the 30DS. I have never made it through the video, and this is my third attempt. Having the group though definitely has ket my motivation going. Best of luck in your journey!

I've done the 30 ds .. made it through to level 3, but I didn't follow it religiously for 30 days as I do quite a lot of other activities in the week.

Did my first Ripped in 30 workout last night - I made it, and found it wasn't too tough (but maybe due to the 30 DS)? I modified some of the moves a little as I'm still recovering from a lumbar strain last Nov so don't want to injure myself again.

I didn't find week one that terribly hard, week two is definitly harder , I think.

I've done the full Ripped in 30 program, really enjoyed it. More than the 30 Day Shred actually.....and I did see some great results. I moved onto Body Revolution about two weeks ago from the RI30 DVD :) Good luck!

Week one here. She's kicking my *kitten*. ;)

Hamstrings are really sore though. I didn't find her pace too tough, very easy to follow.

I just finished day 3 of week 2 tonight! I am doing it 6 days a week. I previously just finished Body Revolution, so this is a nice change of pace. I love how fast it goes!

I've done the shred and I like ripped in 30 much better. This is the 3rd time doing it and yes week two, always takes me by surprise. The day after my first day of week two I'm always super sore lol! I'm planning on starting body revolution in Feb.
  • Some of my MFP friends are doing this. I just checked it out on Amazon - got a copy for $6.99. From what I am reading, it's money very well spent. I like that it's only 25 minutes. I can do anything for 25 minutes. Can't wait for the copy to arrive. I'm traveling for work next week. I find it hard to fit in exercise when I'm traveling, but 25 minutes should be no problem.

How do you log this in MFP? Circuit training?

    Thanks,
    L
  • I am currently doing Ripped in 30, about two times a week, in addition to my step/circuit training class. It's okay, but I enjoyed 30 Day Shred more. I lost a total of ten pounds on my first attempt doing it.
