30 Days Challenges

Hi Friends! :)

My name is Lourdes and i'm trying to lose 25 pounds. I won't be able to go daily to the gym from now on; so what i did was i searched on the internet and found these routines:
30 Day ABs Challenge
30 Day Butt Challenge
30 Day Arm Challenge

i'm thiking about doing them all three starting tomorrow. Have you tried these before? what was your experience? What about the results?

    I did the 30 day squat challenge and 30 day ab challenge at the same time. I added arms with my squats to get an arm workout too. I definitely noticed more muscle tone and strength all over. Give it a go, it takes dedication though it gets tough but totally do able :) feel free to add me as a friend if you want.
