My daily goal is 1400 My exercise for today is about 1550 My net for the day is +30 something, so I've eaten somewhere around 1580 (?) And my calories remaining is like 1350 I don't understand…

  • "celestial seasonings: sleepytime extra" tea is better than any sleeping pill to me (ive never actually taken any so i guess i wouldnt actually know). i dont know why but it really relaxes you and it puts me out, sometimes before i even finish it..
  • for sure!! no problem! you wont be disappointed. i was shocked on how good and decently priced they were... the one i got was only 3 bucks!!! thats less that most of the "non-good for you" salad dressings!
  • something i do after i workout is take about a 20-30 minute super hot bath within an hour after exercising. i seem to get sore toward the end of my runs for some reason. it may be the cold weather though. it seems like after i take a bath almost all my soreness goes away. not sure if its recomended, but it works for me
