just substituting the peanut butter and the pizza will help. Have you seen how many calories they are?! ice cream isnt so bad as long as you're only having a couple of scoops.

Put that photo on your fridge. Surely thats motivation enough to work hard at losing weight? I look at fat photos i hate and it makes me want to go to the gym and train hard. I'm running away from the fat man!

I didnt stop until i reached the point where my liver was turning into fat and I was faced with the possibility of death. Why dont you mix it up so different parts of your body get used to different resistances? If you're getting bored then thats not a good thing. I've been doing cardio only for the last 2 weeks. And also they might be being sensible and combining strength with cardio. You dont lose weight and then work on muscle, you do them together so they meet in the middle

I never find women walking around in my locker room. I'm changing gyms! I hate posers. You're either there to accomplish something or not. To accomplish something you need to sweat/grunt and work hard. To pick up a date you need to go elsewhere

I dont even kow what the machines are called. I'm going to ask the workers at my gym to show me around the equipment. I know i want to work on core muscle groups and squats are a dreaded but good thing but im not sure where to start.

I find it all very misleading. The gym machines normally tell me i'm burning loads less than the guides on here tell me. ie for a 30 minute stationary bike ride the machine will tell me 200 cals and MFP will give a guide of 400. I dont see how people can weigh themselves every day, i couldnt do that. I like the build up to the weigh in day but ultimately as long as i know i've put the work in i dont mind if my body fluctuates all that much. I like to go on inches, When clothes look better on you thats a bigger boost than a number for me :)

Well done. I'm going to the gym quite alot but im hearing loads about 'the shred'. I'm thinking of giving it a look as im only doing cardio and i could do with a more general full body workout so i dont just lose muscle etc

Today I ate 2 bananas and a packet of low calorie crisps (potato chips if you're american, they were 88 kcals). I swam for an hour and then had my meal about 2 hours after that. That seemed to work ok for me! i guess everyone is different. I try not to eat a big meal before training if i have to eat a meal beforehand.
