On seperate occasions but i've done whole large pizzas. 4 large muffins. A whole pack of cookies. etc etc now i calorie count I worked out what that Pizza would have been - 3600! And i had a few beers and that was only in the evening! I'm shocked I used to do that but now i'm wise to it all i wouldnt ever do it again.

6lbs. its my first week I do think its been a healthy loss though as i've been eating my calorie allowance and its a fairly big allowance. I've been burning roughly 800-1000 at the gym regularly which has made all the difference

Although i havent been doing it long and havent lost loads i put on a top to wear to the gym, its one i wouldnt usually wear because its slightly too snug. I can already see a difference and felt good about myself and it inspired me to burn 1000cals at the gym :D

Hi, feel free to add me. Same goes for anyone else too I'm fairly new to this but you'll find you need to do diet and exercise. Make sure you offset any bad days with an extra good day and challenge yourself constantly. Dont settle for what you are now, dream of what you want to be and make it happen!

Cant you consume more calories but then do some more excercise to offset some of them? Is your goal weight lower than your 'natural weight' ie the weight you should naturally be for your frame? according to stats my goal weight should be 13stone but i'd look ill if i were down to that so my goal is 14. you see what i mean

Thats great. I quit 2 years ago now and im not looking back. There will be times that you'll be tested - mine were after a good meal, outside on a sunny day and when drinking alcohol but you must see the end goal and keep going. Imagine how healthy you'll be when you're done with smoking and lose weight!
