I am 5'6 and weigh 128. My goal weight is 110-115 pounds and i was hoping to lose that weight in a month maybe. The thing is i have managed to maintain this weight by only eating around 600-800 calories a day but it has worked but i keep getting told its bad and need to eat more. My problem is i actually decided i was going to eat more and i did for a week but i stopped after i gained four pounds instead of losing them. Im scared to gain weight so im scared of eating a lot. I am recovering from anorexia also. Just please how to a actually lose weight from eating more calories. Help me. Please.. Also why did I gain weight before instead of losing it?

Cant you consume more calories but then do some more excercise to offset some of them?
Is your goal weight lower than your 'natural weight' ie the weight you should naturally be for your frame? according to stats my goal weight should be 13stone but i'd look ill if i were down to that so my goal is 14. you see what i mean0 -
If you have to eat 600-800 calories a day to maintain the weight you are at than you are not meant to be that weight and you are definitely not meant to be skinnier. You are already a healthy weight for your height. You do not need to lose weight.
If you are literally "scared" to gain weight and recovering from anorexia, please see a counselor. You don't need someone to help you lose weight; you need someone to help you with your eating disorder.
Good luck to you.0 -

I agree with this. You are clearly not recovering, or in the right state of mind to make the moves you need to recover, which certainly means increasing your calories, accepting you will temporarily gain weight and realising that there is not much good in being light if you are in hospital suffering the effects of malnutrition. You need counselling or to see a specialist in eating disorders, if you are not already.0
