Well done! Those last 10lbs are really hard to lose so you're so close now.

@Will_Workout_for_food Because he likes cars, has an immaculate clean eating fridge and looks chill.

Terrible pic quality but a yoga mat counts ! I would like to see a picture of the inside of a fridge! No organising it beforehand, let's have it candid

I didn't know you could get woofers from Ikea?! (Yes it is, as is the yellow chair from my earlier pic)

Amazing dedication! Do you ever have trouble mentally bulking because your journey started at a high weight? From an aesthetic point of view which weight/BF% do you prefer to be at? Well done :)

My fav city I would like to see a picture of a pet OR fav item (if you haven't got a pet)

1. Getting the builder starter on my home extension 2. Going to the gym 3. Finding a new job 4. Having fun this weekend

Meditate after your gym cooldown/stretch. Just 5 minutes on the mat with your eyes closed concentrating on your breathing. Dont worry what other people think, you'll feel great! (and be an internet sensation)

There is a massive difference! well done. Just for your own personal use - try taking a pic once per week/2 weeks of the front and then side profile. Week to week you wont see it but when you're a couple of months in comparing the first to the latest one is a big motivator :)

Joining :) Male, 34. SW is current weight: 215lbs Goal weight 195lbs Doable but this is my last 20lbs down from 300+ so it goes slower. I'm setting to lose 0.5 - 1lb per week. Weight training and cycling. I'd say good luck to everyone but your hard work and determination should get the praise, not luck :)

I would just go to maintenance now and if you're 1lb lighter just think of it as 3500 calories you can add to the next weekend away or party you go to. Goal weight +\- 3lbs is a healthy target and not a single fixed target number.

I started years ago but I recently came back. My advice if you're all the sociable sort is to engage in a few topics on the forum so your network grows - you'll soon be connected to some really driven and supportive people which helps when you have the inevitable bad day(s). Anyone here can feel free to add me.

I want to start a new hobby where there are people I don't know who will consider me as a normal athletic guy from day 1. No back story etc
-
It's ok I write them for my own memories of the journey more than anything ! I like to go back over old victories sometimes 😅 I appreciate the support 💪

Last time I went on my bike I was 20lbs heavier and not as fit. I enjoyed it so much more I lost track of time and went completely off route. Found a nice little forest area with some bike trails I didn't know about. Did roughly 20 miles and felt I could have done 10 more. Woodland selfie :)

Upside down (probably drunk)

That's really useful! I'll keep an eye out for both feedback loops. Thanks

You need muscle gain my friend. Rapid fat loss will give you baggy skin, it will get tighter on its own to an extent but you also need something aesthetic under the fat layers you're taking away otherwise the look you'll be going for is skin over bones

I didn't eat asparagus until I was in my 20's! I wouldn't be able to eat steak without it now 😝
-
That makes sense! Thanks. So my TDEE is apparently 2650.

I went back to the MFP calculator and changed back to lightly active and my current weight. It gave me a target of 2260 calories so I was only 40 out before. This means it must be my logging? If I was out by 10% though (underestimating) that would be the same as eating back 50% of my excercise calories on the MFP…

Hey man. First of all thanks for doing the things many people wouldn't. You're making a difference. It's a shame you've gone through this but I do believe every challenge put in front of us is to make us stronger in a particular way. I look at bad things in a positive way and it looks like your story has a positive ending…

Thanks for the response. I couldn't accurately eat back excercise calories from MFP because it would over exadurate them. I went for eating back 50% of them but instead of doing that I decided to convert my weekly routine into my activity level. I'm very regular on excercise so I can guarantee I'll do exactly 2.5 hours per…

helpful, thanks.

i really enjoyed that in video format! At the end could you pause on the last photo and put one of the first photo next to it? That would have a big impact too. Great job dude. You look happier as the photos go on too! really well done.

I weigh the majority of things. I struggle when eating out to accurately guess
