My big goal this year is to finish a marathon, I'm going to celebrate by getting a tattoo I really want! For smaller goals I've been rewarding myself by buying a new sports bra or getting a message.

Rest!! If you force yourself when you're not feeling it you will just get discouraged. I learned this the hard way a year or so ago. Yoga is more about balance and flexibility. Pilates still helps with those things, but focuses more strengthening using your own body weight.

Congrats!! I'm started running (again) a few weeks ago, and as motivation I'm signing up for a half marathon in May and a full in August!! Pretty terrified, but seeing other people do it is pretty inspiring! :)

You are very inspiring! I am at 166 lb right now and it's hard for me to imagine that losing 16 lb will make that much of a difference and it seems pointless. Looking at your pictures gives me hope!

You look. So good. It's such an accomplishment to enjoy having pictures taken of yourself! I think even when someone loses weight it's hard them mentally to be like, "yeah. I look good." I am so jealous!!

Hey I do this as well, I use Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein Powder (so far only in cookies n cream) and it dissolves well. Doesn't taste too bad either!

Today I tightened my belt to the tightest notch! Comfortably! Prior to losing any weight I would be at maybe the third notch. I also can button a pair of pants I had purchased too small so I can gauge my size reduction. These are really exciting, but I'm still becoming impatient to be at my goal :)

You guys are already so helpful! I forgot about rice which I love, especially wild rice. Yum! As well as refried beans for burritos. I already have some morning star veggie crumbles for my meat equivalent ;) Also popcorn...my list is starting to get too long!

Congratulations! It's so exciting to start losing the weight! Just keep in mind the initial weight comes off faster than the last few pounds, so don't get discouraged! That is always what happens to me and I fall back into my old habits! Keep working at it though and I keep looking at success messages for inspiration :)
