brown rice, cauliflower, fruit, yogurt, cooking spray, evoo, lettuce, britta water filer and jug, parsley or cilantro, beans, eggs, fish???
  • I just stocked up on the SwissMiss sugar-free hot chocolate and Alpine sugar-free apple cider. Pretzels and mustard or 100 calorie popcorn bags are nice to have on hand for salty cravings too.
  • I have to have nutella...LOL :/

I usually have eggs, cheese, meats, milk, veggies of all kinds, and fruit.

You guys are already so helpful! I forgot about rice which I love, especially wild rice. Yum! As well as refried beans for burritos. I already have some morning star veggie crumbles for my meat equivalent ;) Also popcorn...my list is starting to get too long!

I would suggest going through your journal so far. That will give you an idea of what you like to eat. But it will also supply the nutritional value so you can make decisions based on that.

Cause I was going to suggest stuff like chicken, nuts, liquid eggs, etc. The list could go on and on but if you don't like any of that stuff then it won't do you any good and it would be a waste of my time to write it and your time to read it. But when reviewing your journal you will see what you like to eat and go from there.

So if you like eggs for breakfast, go with liquid eggs becuase they are just the egg whites (but you can't tell a difference in the taste or look). Review your days and see where you can improve.
