start the day with blueberries in oatmeal, followed by a fruit smoothie after working out... will have some sort of fruit with lunch, followed by a night fruit smoothie idk i guess average 6 servings a day

Wow...I need to learn to shop, now I am depressed, I spend about $125 a week. I shop at Aldi's watch sales, when I was eating whatever I spent about half what I do now. It's bad enough I come on here and see people losing 50lbs in 3 months, now you have more money AND are losing more weight :sad: :grumble:

I looked in the mirror,, and wasnt totally repulsed by what I saw today. Had a productive day at work, had an amazing 4th with delicious food, that was healthy good choices, have worked out every day this week, and have some nice plans for the weekend...Life is Good!@@
