Wrong...just wrong... I was talking to my husband, and used the word "fun" to describe adding the biggest loser for Wii to my routine..Who am i , I just don't even know me anymore! However that being said,, after i started breathing again,,it was kinda fun! :laugh:

Today I had waffles and a fruit smoothie for breakfast, oysters, cheese, crackers for lunch, homemade omg packed with everything lasagna salad and french bread for dinner, if I cared to add up the calories I would guesstimate about 2500 to 3000, I do this every couple of weeks, and lose regularly! Wonderful and thank you, i say that all the time but sometimes i do get a little discouraged when every ost has someone losing weight at a rate i can not even comprehend, I want this to be a forever thing and am only willing to make changes i CAN stick to for a lifetime, and your post encouraged me.
