coffee with cream and sugar, cheese, pasta...really not into cutting out stuff, I eat alot more green stuff, and less of the other stuff,,, moderation, i did totally kick Dr. pepper to the curb, but that was due to a 6 pack a day addiction, if I wanted one now, i probably will have one.

as someone with kidney issues myself the very first thing i would do is drop sodium to 1500mg a day, on days i have more than 2000mg i can gain upwards to 4 lbs overnight because of water retention.

I rely on my WiiFit reading, it has been the only one that will stay consistent, plus it cracks me up when it says, thats obese,, and i am all like,,"well you are out-dated electronics who had there butt kicked by Sega and XBox,, so shut up and tell me how much i weigh"

THANKS! I have had a bad few days. I have been reading these " I lost 50lbs in 3 months" success stories. I have struggled with each and every lb I have lost. I am 44yrs old and have COPD, and some days when i read the success stories I am awed and inspired, and then for some reason, the last few days the success stories…

I willl go workout after i read some more on MFP, that is exactly what i am sitting here doing right now. I know i will feel better after, and I LOVE what results i am seeing its just that initial getting up and starting that is hard some days.

Every time I go down a size I buy the next size down, and hang it in my closet, it gives me a great indicator of where i am at, even when the scale is being stubborn, and nothing is as awesome as zipping that amazing dress after not being able to even get it halfway closed!

I had a friend, whose second cousin was dating this guy whose sister was a vet and she said that you should only feed your cat seafood, because they originally were coastal habitants and that she had a patient who followed this and gained muscle while eating at a defecit... I think she tied some weights to the tail though…
