I mix mine with plain Greek yogurt, a tiny bit of brown mustard, chopped onion and a kosher pickle...yum!

Thank you! Losing 175 pounds hasn't been easy but I didn't really expect it to be, lol. I don't plan on starting to weigh, measure or count...I was simply curious as to if there were others who didn't as well!

Alcohol and sodium and spike weight for sure! Its water weight that will come down in a day or 2. Is it TTOTM? That will spike it was well. Last week, thanks to poor choices and TTOTM I went from 152-158. Today I was 151. Don't be discouraged

I took it for 3 months and lost 50 pounds. Went off of it and I have lost 110 pounds since. It is not a quick fix, the key is to "relearn" how to eat when you are taking it.
