I hate cheat days!!
ok..first of all, I'm in maintence...but still eating healthy with occasional cheats...it seems like I do well all week but about once a week I eat way more then what I would like and hate myself afterwards...how do I get to the point of not hating myself?

I have lost 160 pounds so far....because of my weight loss, my doctor gave me the go ahead to wean myself off my meds!!! He said he didn't ever remember my lungs sounding so good!!

Wondering if I should rethink my goal
I started my journey weighing 325. I currently weigh 166 and am 5'4. My goal has always been 150 but I am realizing now how large that still is. 150 lbs is where some are starting their journeys, not finishing them.

Exercise during maintance
Ok....I am 16 pounds away from my goal so I am trying to gather info on maintance......I know I will slowly have to add some more calories into my diet. , but what about excercise? I currently work out 5 days a week for 45-60 minutes. Do I continue at that pace? I am so clueless

My first week with a gain...
I've been at this for almost a year.,,,this is the first week I've had a gain (except for TTOTM, buts that's not the case this time). It's only 1/2 a pound but a gain is still a gain....should I be worried?

Getting bored with vegtables?
Ok...first off.....I LOVE my veggies...I usually either have a salad with cucumber/romaine/tomatoes & oil/vinegar dressing or steamed veggies like broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, squash or asparagus....I alternate but I'm getting bored..,,anyone have any ideas? 127 pounds later and my stomach still is huge!

Ok...I am having a very slow weight loss recently so it was suggested I start strength training.....I do my workouts at home so I'm going yo have to use free weights. Is that ok? Why don't I see what everyone else does?
Ok....either everyone is lying to me or my eyes need to be checked because everyone keeps telling me how great I look but all I see is fat when I look at myself......I hate this...I wish I could just like what I see in the mirror!

I normally eat 1200-1500'caliries a day (weather I workout or not). My doctor thinks I am nit eating enough but according to MFP, I should eat no more then 1560... I am unsure if what to do

Finally back at it Monday!!!
I took a 2 week "diet break".......Monday I will finally be back to working out! I did gain some weight over the 2 week period but I was told this would happen...just hoping I am able to lose it again and really hoping I did not make a big mistake by taking a break!

I have stalled (again) for about 3 weeks....lit was suggested by a few people to up my calories a bit and do a bit less excercise for a week or two....then start excercising and eating like I am and perhaps I'll start losing again....anyone ever tried this?

TTOTM question for ladies who have lost more then 100 pounds
I know this may be too much of a personal question but did your periods become very irregular after or during your weight loss?
