I've been at this for almost a year.,,,this is the first week I've had a gain (except for TTOTM, buts that's not the case this time). It's only 1/2 a pound but a gain is still a gain....should I be worried?

no, one week is nothing, this could easily be (and more than likely is) water weight/food waste. that being said you are getting close to your goal based on your ticker and the closer you get the less room for error you have with your logging, so make sure that you are being accurate with all your intake.

its a little surprising though that after a year you havent seen a small gain like this yet. they are very common

I don't think you should be worried as your weight can fluctuate 2-5ish lbs a day, but if you're concerned, keep track of your weight, since you might be eating too much since your phenomenal weight loss/need to change your macros.

    I peeked at your diary.

You're doing a great job, and you should feel really good about what you've accomplished. But if I were you, I would start logging consistently and try to reach the goals MFP sets for you for calories. You obviously know what needs to be done for weightloss (as proven by your phenomenal work so far!) But here's what I see in your diary:

-You don't consistently log. Logging consistently can help maintain your weightloss trajectory.
-You logged days with <1200 calories. Eating at a sensible deficit can help you feel good and continue to lose weight.
-I'm willing to be you don't burn 350 calories in 25 minutes of exercise. Overestimating exercise burn can lead to miscalculations with calorie deficit. Maybe get a heart rate monitor to measure things more accurately? Or only eat back half the calories you log from exercise?

And good luck. Keep up the good work. <3
