I normally eat 1200-1500'caliries a day (weather I workout or not). My doctor thinks I am nit eating enough but according to MFP, I should eat no more then 1560... I am unsure if what to do

We need more information. ARe you exercising? What are your stats and exercise routine? And do you have medical conditions? And have you adjusted to a lower per week calorie goal? The closer to a normal weight, the less you should be aiming to lose per weeek.

I would listen to my doctor.

If MFP says you should eat less than your doctor, set your weekly loss goals lower so it tells you to eat more.

    EDIT:
Or go here: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/change_goals , select "custom", and change the calorie goal to whatever your doctor told you to.

Give it a try. Bump up to 1700 cal/day and see how your body reacts. As you lose weight and get more fit, your body starts to require more energy for it's higher output. I lost most of my weight at 1800 cal/day, but then it slowed way down. I bumped it to 2000 cal/day and the weight loss picked right back up.
