During my first round I did not follow any of the eating plan at all. I watched what I ate, but realised I was eating the wrong foods. It really dos come down to eating right. Try 'AB_RIPPER X" from P90X or Cardio Ab's from Insanity. Absolutely amazing results.

Run a slight calorie deficit. You need to exercise as well of course. High, intense interval training is a great way to burn fat And helps keep your body in 'fat burning mode'

Yup!!! I have done 2 rounds of Insanity and one round of P90x. I started RushFit today which is a 60 day program by the MMA champ Georges St Pierre. After that I plan on doing Asylum then in the new year start TapouT XT.
