In general, yes. However, If the food is cooked before hand, I don't have a problem eating traditionally hot foods cold (if that makes sense)

CHEESE! I make do with the weight watchers cheeses and Kraft has a great selection of fat free cheeses. In my opinion, a day isn't complete without my daily dose of dairy courtesy of gooey, yummy cheese :-)

Meats are the difficult part--they have ASTRONOMICAL sodium contents. I suppose I could buy chicken that's been roasted, and get past it that way...
