im kinda late to this thread,but i just bought the sc660. it seems like you pay more money for the polar,and get same functions from the 660. it was my first time using it today,and i am really pleased with it. :)

Good info, but i still say its better to loose the fat before building muscle. :) Besides, what works for one,might not work for the other.

Let me make a correction,my wife said i was trying to bulk,i am not. By bulking she meant me lifting weights to get more muscle definition. I dont agree with bulking process.But what i did tell her was that muscle weighs more than fat. If someone is trying to lose weight,and make the number on the scale smaller, i dont…

in other words,weigh yourself about 3 hours AFTER you wake up.. :)

i would say,my opinion, weigh yourself mid morning between 9-10a.m. To be more accurate,do it at the same time everyday. They say you weight less right after you wake up,so thats why i say at 9 or so. Just my take on it :)
