hello, im 5'11, 245 lbs. im trying to lose enough weight to put on noticable muscle weight. i was thinking to drop to about 190 lbs. then pack on about 20 lbs of lean muscle. i was wondering if anyone on here has done something similar to my plans. thanks in advance!!
