Id use a heart rate monitor when it comes to eating back the calories.. I bought one and used it and the calories i actually burned was a big difference according to what MFP has recorded :)

I too think about food all the time! But i guess its just part of being strong and getting where you want :) Hang in there it does get better!! I dont think about food all the time like i did when i started (almost 3 months since i started)
