Oh! and I was introduced to a new kind of plank today called trunk planks. while in the plank position, you raise your hips and curl onto the balls of your feet, and then lower back down to plank. It's INTENSE! Try it!0 -

Made it to the end of the challenge, 15 mins done & 6 hours early! :bigsmile: Will check out the new challenge tomorrow but I'll have to see what you have in store for us. Don't know if these old bones:embarassed: will make it through another week. LOL!0
