  • I finally finished Level 1!!! 10/30 :) jadior-- I think it's up to you. I started 3 times and kept skipping 3 or 4 days and then restarting. After doing Level 1 20 times I figured no matter how long it took I would just keep going. That being said, I know I'm not as good at Level 1 now as if I had kept going without…
  • Whew, I totally missed the spot this week--after 7 days break, 9/30 done!
  • Day 8/30! Only two mores times with level 1 before I finally try level 2 :):):)
  • Just finished Day 7/30. I'm aiming to do it every day but I resolved to just finish it. I restarted 3 times in 1 month because I kept missing a day or two (or three...) so this time around I just want to get to 30/30 even if it's more like 30/60. Honestly I've noticed changes in my body even with restarting, because either…
  • I'm at 159 and want to get down to 135 for a wedding in September! I'm friending you all! :) It's so doable but I have a hard time being consistent so I need some encouragement/inspiration/accountability.
  • I just saw your IG--that's awesome!! Way to go!!
  • 5/30 done--it may take me 60 days but I'm doing it!! Rexkt congrats on your awesome results!!
  • Wow avatarrules123, those are awesome results! I hope I get results like that :) I just finished Day 4, level 1. It's good to see someone else back in this thread!
  • Day 3/30 done. My legs are really sore from yesterday, I was worried I was going to pull my right thigh muscle.
  • I restarted for the THIRD time this week. I did level 1, day 2/30 today and ran 1.5 with my husband. I'm tired of starting over so I'm really going to try and finish. As long as I don't skip more than two days in a row I'll keep going :) Kudos to everyone who's stuck it out!
  • Level 1 day 4 done. It's already mich easier--though still a challenge.
  • @yaafee sounds good! I just did day 3 of level 1 then :)
  • Help: I did level 1 for 5 days in a row then went a week without doing anything. Friday I started back with level 1--do you guys think I should start over, or should I consider myself 7 days done with level 1?
  • Level 1 Day 5 done. I had a 4 day streak and then missed 3 days in a row :( But I can tell that it was easier for me today, and maybe even easier because my body recovered some. It felt good. I'm trying to increase my number of real push ups (I'm at 10 now).
  • Day 4 done--I started at 9:30pm and that was rough. I get more energy as it went on though. I love the motivation from this group :)
  • Yay! I'm so excited to see all of our results!
  • Did anyone else do it today? I did Day 3. I think Level 1 is already getting easier. I guess I'm really inflexible bc the end stretches are hard for me to sit up during. My back wants to curve.
  • Ok so I couldn't wait and just did Day 1. It was definitely a hard workout, but thankfully it went by fast. On the downside, after the 3rd set of jumping jacks my downstairs neighbors made it clear they didn't appreciate my fitness goals...
  • I'm in too! I might start tomorrow though just to take advantage of the weekend, in case I'm not able to get a workout in between work and school. Let's do it!
  • I only just finished the first 2 weeks (and it actually took me 3 weeks because I missed days...) but I've lost 2.2 pounds and 2.5 inches overall. I can't wait to be finished---and don't give up even if you miss a couple days!
  • I'm 5'5'' and 157 but I've been at 165 before. I just started Insanity this week and I'm loving it (although I think I might up my calories because right now I'm at 1350 which seems kind of low to me--would love anyone's thoughts). My ultimate goals is 135 but I'm more just looking to have a better body fat % (I got a…
  • That is awesome! I've just finished week 1 so I can't wait to get where you are!
  • There is a group called INSANITY-ACCOUNTABILITY-RESULTS that started July 1st if you want to join a group for accountability. So far I think it's helped me tons. And definitely the first few days your legs feel it the most, but it gets better and as long as you're good about stretching I think you'll be okay.
  • I just started Insanity July 1st and that is pretty much my measurements--did you end up finishing? I would love to see what your results were!
  • Wow, that is awesome! I'm so inspired to stick with it! Also, I love your dog--what breed is he/she?
  • Hi Everyone! I'm excited to join this group. I'm 24 years old and working full time as a community organizer in Florida, after graduating from college in 2010. My CW is 163 (I think-- I don't own a scale and I refuse to buy one, but I'll start checkin in at the scale at the grocery store...). My GW is 140. I was down to…
