When I did the same thing (not eating after 6 pm) I looked amazing as well! I also slept like a baby and woke up so refreshed and rested!!! :) I'm trying really hard to get back into this habit.

When I looked my BEST (not just weight but also less acne and wrinkles) I didn't eat after 6 PM for about 2 years. It got so easy that my body just didn't even want food after that time (no cravings, nothing). I have fallen back and still struggling to get back to this timing.

Please ignore all the ignorant people here. Good for you for trying to detox your body and give your body some rest. I was actually thinking of doing this again. Was gonna buy a bag of lemons tommorow and I'll try (even though I have to work next few days).

I'm 5'4" and have about 30 pounds to lose! Or at least 20 pounds would be great!

Makes me SOO glad I don't drink milk or other dairy products! But I am worried they might do this to soy or rice milks :/

It does make you lose weight! Fergi from the Black Eyed Peas swears by it for keeping her lean, and so do the Braggs in their book about Apple Cider Vinegar. I also swear by it for reducing stomach if your stomach is bloated, will help flatten your stomach! :)
