  • Thanks! I eat almost a completely vegetarian diet as it is, so that should be no problem for me. I was a vegetarian until I was 16 and even now I don't eat any red meat, just chicken from time to time.

  • That's true but make sure you keep in mind that a salad will fill you up/be much more nutritious!! I have a hard time remembering that its not just about the calories, its about what kind of calories you eat.

  • Honestly I wouldn't worry much about sugar from fruit as your body doesn't digest it the same way it does processed sugar, but I try to stay away from juice since its such a concentrated amount at once.
  • I just dropped my cals back down to 1200 too... I think it's enough and I think you're doing the right thing- just eat when you're hungry and trust your body to tell you when you're going too hard.
  • Personally for weight loss/cardio I do Kundalini Yoga. Its super fun and combines strength training with fast paced movement, even a little dance. It's easily adjusted for people who are just beginning, and makes your body feel AMAZING when its over!

  • Do not stress about sugar from fruits and vegetables! It's good for you and easily broken down in your system. Stay away from processed sugar and processed carbohydrates (they turn to sugar and are then stored as fat).
