My weigh in this week is... 225.2! Down 1.8 pounds after having not lost anything for quite a while :) I plan on doing my measurements bi-weekly, hope that's ok. Hope everyone had and has a great week!

I've been having the same problem since I started exercising daily! What's strange to me is that I don't sweat much during my workout at all, even thouggh I really push myself! I've found that leaving the bottoms of my feet exposed helps a little. I stimll sweat, but not as heavily...

Didn't get my water for today. Got sick and just couldn't put anything into my stomach :( Did 35 minutes of cardio, and 15 of weights, curls, squate, situps, and such. Was under calories! Broke 1300 today...so proud of myself for continuing to eat what I need, despite the one pound gain. It's what my body needs!

I just made those ten cups of water! Lol. But I wamlked for an hour, and played soccer with my son for a half hour. Was under calories, but also super proud that I got 1600 two days in a row! Working so hard to bring those numbers up where they're supposed to be... These changes are already changing our lives! My son eats…

Protien has always been my weakness. And I'm working on eating more!! I got protien/meal drinks for snacks to try to boost numbers... it's no an unbearable ache, just enough to be noticed. Thanks for all the help, it's good to know I'm not alone!!

I need one that's sold in a grocery store. I'm out of a job and have to use food stamps right now, unfortunately. I know special k is supposed to have a lot of good products, but I've heard they're very high in sugars...

Thanks guys :) I'm trying eating slightly smaller amounts at meals to see if I can eat again sooner. My body just gets really sore after a couple days. Maybe I'm doing too much? I'll cut myself some slack there, too. Thanks again for the advice!
