I swim in the morning. I use an elipptical at noon. i walk in the afternoon. I have never felt better. Nothing hurts from overuse. I Play All Day!

PLAY ALL DAY Before work Swim and tread water with webbed gloves and short fins. Elipptical trainer at noon for lunch at work. Moderate walk after work. All 40 mins long. Weekend on Sat and Sun a long easy walk. Streching all day. PLAY ALL DAY. LOL

I created a new workout slogan. "PLAY ALL DAY" I go to the YMCA and swim in the morning. Some laps . some underwater swimming and some treading . I have these webbed gloves call 'DARKFIN' They give me a great upper body tone. At noon, I go to the elliptical and do that for 40 mins. Nothing strenouts. A good moderate…
