I agree with upping the fat intake. I'm up around 65% and my calories are usually about 900-1000 calories a day only because I feel full most days.

30 day squat or plank challenge? Granted the squat one is really hard on me due to problems with the knees. Might be one to do when we lose a bit more weight but the planks are great! Challenge to drink 8 glasses of water a day. Challenge to exercise or walk so many minutes a week. Idk I'm not good at this stuff. :)

We all eat the same thing. As most said, it's all moderation. I don't eat diet foods but I don't eat a lot of junk either. I plan out our meals a month in advance and shop once a month. I have absolutely no restraint for no sugar! lol Especially since my husband is a chocaholic and I have a 8 year old that always seems to have candy from either school or a relative. I commend you in trying such a challenge. Good luck! ;)

The only tips I have are: Drink lots of water. Eat plenty of fiber If you're lifting weights, get plenty of protein. It's best to plan your food for the day and stick to it. Brush your teeth right after eating so you'll be less likely to eat again. Chew gum.
