My mom also ate PB and Mayo - (No pickles) I liked both but the PB and pickles were the best. Two other weird ones - no peanut butter - but try bread, butter and brown sugar or apple butter on cottage cheese.

This is a really great recipe - I have it all the time except I find the diced tomatoes make it too runny so I add a small can of diced chilies instead and cut up fresh tomatoes to add to the fajitas on the side.
