Make it with a thinner crust and serve a big, green salad with it as well as some fresh fruits.

Look up piriformis stretch on youtube. It can be effective at alleviating pain.

Hot air popcorn popper. Sometimes we give a little spray of coconut oil and dash of salt. Crunchy and takes a while to eat.

Plank, side plank, cardio.

You may want them smaller if you have huge grooves on your shoulders, migraines and constant back pain. Not to mention wearing 3 sports bras. And wearing a size 8 on bottom and never finding a dress that fits.

Mine never get much smaller with weight loss. I am having a reduction on 3/20!! DDDs to B. So excited.

Hypothyroidism certainly can make it difficult to lose weight. Make sure you are having your levels checked, see a good doctor or endo and eat sensibly and work out regularly. My endo said starting exercise every day (especially cardio) is like warming up a very cold engine, but once warmed it should run efficiently. It IS…

Yes! Just portion it out. We have been tossing hot pasta with Costco's Fire Roasted Tomatoes in Olive Oil. So delicious.

Spinach, bacon, salsa....

Fage Greek yogurt is my favorite and you can buy it at Costco, too. I sometimes add a very tiny dab of jam or honey, but actually like the sour taste.

I am a DDD and they never shrink with weight loss. Wearing a size 8 pant with huge chest is not fun. My back hurts pretty much all the time. I do wear 3 sports bras when I work out, but running is still difficult as it's hard to breathe with the snug bras. I do mostly cardio on the elliptical and Arc Trainer 4 days a week…

Genetics play a tremendous role. Despite weight fluctuations over the years, mine have never shrunk. :( My back aches. Fibrocystic breasts tend to be very heavy. I am having a reduction on 3/20! So excited. No more wearing 3 sport bras.

I felt torn watching it, too. She attributed much of her weight gain to PCOS and I had no idea that it could cause such extreme gain(s).

I tag it as "late night" and count it as 30 calories. Mostly just to embarrass my sister, who is my friend on mfp.

Excellent. Such great results, especially around your midsection!!

So many things! My favorite: 1 can black beans (or dried equivalent, soaked) 1 onion, diced 2 cloves garlic 1 cup chicken or vegetable stock Juice of 1 lime Fresh chopped cilantro Pinch cumin Heat small amount of olive oil in heavy pan. Add onion, cook until translucent. Add garlic and cook for about 1 minute (do not…

Greek yogurt with honey Baked Steel Cut Oats with apples and walnuts Just bought Oat Revolution seasonal pumpkin packets at Costco....so good and EASY!

I thin out all my smoothies with water. Zero calories and it works well. Add a little at a time. Or 1/2 skim milk and 1/2 water. I generally stay away from adding dairy to my smoothies as it can become a calorie bomb. For my kids, I do add Greek yogurt.

Favorite: 2 cups organic baby kale (frozen) 1/2 banana 1 cup frozen cherries 1 cup red bell pepper 1 tsp. flax seeds Water to cover; whirl in Vitamix. Soooo good.

A smoothie a day here!!

I use steel cut oats in crock pot: 1 cup steel cut 1 1/2 cups water 1 1/2 cups skim milk 1 tsp. butter 1 tsp. agave or honey 4 apples, cored and roughly chopped 1 Tbs. flax seed Cook on low overnight. We add frozen blueberries, fresh peaches and sometimes raisins. My kids love it, too.

You look fantastic! Congrats!

Roasted almonds, plain Greek yogurt with honey, frozen peaches in Vitamix with a splash of milk, red pepper strips and hummus.
-
Eat with hummus, toss in Vitamix (if you have one), make a "bed" of carrots and onion slices in your crock pot and lay a chicken atop to roast.
-
I make steel cut oats in the crock pot: 1 cup steel cut 1 1/2 cup skim milk 1 1/2 water 1 tsp. butter 4 apples, chopped 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 Tbs. flax seed Dump in crock pot, cook on low. Leftovers heat through well. We add blueberries & raisins, too.
