How do you log intercourse in your exercise diary?

In my experience I burn more trying to convince her to do it (it goes without saying I used to be married).1

Think of it like logging an apple martini as a serving of fruit you can't give yourself credit for every little thing that raises your heart rate.

I have to agree there... xD0 -
I don't get it.0

I only usually last 20 seconds, so I figure I don't burn that many calories.0

I use map my ride and in it's database it lists 'intimacy' and it syncs with my fitness pal0

It depends, are you on the bottom or top? If you're on the bottom then meh.0

I let my fitbit handle it.0

Abdominal leg raise
Decline bench press
Golf, pulling clubs
That should cover at least three situations. Oh wait, "horse grooming" is in the database too, so that's a fourth.0 -

May I also suggest watching the hot crazy matrix on YouTube before you start your research. It is dangerous out there. Here's the link:

I love this video! I have a very good friend that refuses to place me on the chart. He said that he never wants to have to say to a judge "and that's when she shot me, Your Honor". All he would commit to was that I am not a dude and not "usually" in the danger zone. I'm not sure if that was a compliment?
But I digress...I consider sexual activity as bonus activity and don't even attempt to log it.0 -

I tag it as "late night" and count it as 30 calories. Mostly just to embarrass my sister, who is my friend on mfp.0

On Map My walk there is a "coaching" option. I wonder what this does for Intimacy. I also notice that there is no mapping available for this activity...0 -
Who still uses the word intercourse, anyway?
I keep thinking of Intercourse, PA.0 -
If it's apart of your daily lifestyle, I'd say no to adding it but if it doesn't occur for at least 2 weeks, then add it. This also depends upon what type (gentle/rough), whose doing most of the work (top/bottom), how long it went on & how often that particular day.0

Or you can just not overthink it and not log it, especially if it is something that's only happening twice a month.
Even if it's a daily thing, I wouldn't suggest logging it. At the most, I'd tell you to up your activity level if you were at sedentary and just leave it at that.0 -
