my heaviest is 210lbs. i am now currently 170-172lbs. try to cut my rice and sugar intake. but i don't deprive myself. i'm trying to lose 10 more pounds. good luck to us.

5'2 and weighs 172.5lbs now. my goal is 160lbs by december. although this is not the ideal weight but i just wanted to take it slowly. i jog / walk 3x a day. watch my diet, 1200cal in a day.

usually it's easy for me to monitor what i eat every weekend. although i spent it with family or friends i'll just remind them that weekends are my rest days. when at home, i cooked foods reach in protein. no rice or bread.

hmmm... my ideal weight is 118lbs... yikes... reaching 150lbs for me is long way too low. but anyways... just want to be fit and happy. good luck to us guys
