Week 25 diet report - down 56 lb

I lost 0.4 kg (0.9 lb) this past week. I was pleased, considering the much larger loss last week.

This brings my total weight loss to 25.6 kg (56.3 lb) so far.

And I've continued my almost daily bicycle runs and daily indoor resistance training.
