  • Sometimes you have to indulge yourself to get it out of your system. I am working really hard at the gym this week 'cause this weekend I'm eating a whole pan of brownies!!! :o)
  • I don't always eat up my exercise calories either. I know they want you to but I agree with you, sometimes it's actually too much food and you don't want to eat junk just to make them up!

  • Thank you all for your input. The thought of drinking milk makes me gag... lol BUT, i do love cereal so had a bowl of that for lunch today.   • I don't know exactly what all "detoxing" entails but I figure it is mainly just clearing out your colon. If that is what you are trying to do, go to Wal-Mart and for about 2 bucks you can buy a bottle of magnesium citrate. That is what my Dr. told me to do when I have "issues".
  • I have found the flatout flat breads with some mustard and turkey to be really filling and low in calories (approx 200) and yogurt has also been a must-have for the sweets cravings! Lettuce and broccoli are good but I can't really eat them without dressing but some are pretty low-cal if you just look at the labels.…

  • Hey, don't feel bad, I ate MORE than that!! My scale jumped back up to where I was 3 weeks ago, same as yours, up 4 1/2 pounds! :( Unfortunately for me, Thanksgiving dinner was at my house so I still have 3 desserts calling my name and I have horrible will power when it comes to sweets!! :o)
